
This month, St. Francis Middle School Student Council held a holiday drive to help support the youth in Anoka County. After dropping off donations to Hope 4 Youth, the group was informed that they supplied a record donation and there will be a lot of full bellies over the holiday season! The school gathered a total of 602.4 pounds of food (not including water, hygiene, or clothing).

The St. Francis High School Student Council is hosting a Community Night in the SFHS Commons on Dec. 13 from 5-8 p.m. The event is free and corresponds with the SFHS Winter Choir Concert and Saints Boys Basketball games.
The event will feature ornament making, cookie decorating, Santa and Mrs. Claus, fun games and more. The SFHS Jazz Band will also be performing.
The SFHS Winter Choir Concert is set to begin at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center, while the varsity boys basketball game against Becker High School is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the gymnasium. Prior to the varsity game, junior varsity and the 9th Grade teams will play at 5:30 p.m. There is an entrance fee for the basketball games.


📩 You're invited! The community, along with St. Francis Area Schools staff and students, are invited to a farewell reception honoring outgoing SFAS School Board members Pamela Johnson, Amy Kelly and Mike Starr on Monday, Dec. 9 at 5:30 p.m. at the District Office.

Anniston finished the girls 5K race in 4th place with a time of 19:17.1, while Ryder finished the boys 5k race in 5th place with a time of 16:24.1. Congratulations Anniston and Ryder!

Support your SFHS CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS this week in postseason play. The Saints will be compete in the Section 5AA meet on Thursday, October 24 beginning at 3:30pm at the Princeton Golf Course. Go Saints!
At the Mississippi 8 conference cross country meet freshman Anniston Rolf ran a time of 18:56.4 for the 5k race and broke her own school record that she set last year. She also earned All Conference Honors with her third place finish. Sophomore Ashlynn Mold ran a 20:40.7 and also received All Conference honors. As a team, the girls varsity placed 6th. For the boys, 8th grader Ryder Mold earned All-Conference Honors with his 3rd place finish with a time of 16:20.9 for the 5k course. The boys varsity placed 8th in the meet.
