How to register: Starting in 2026-27, St. Francis High School Athletics and Activities registration, online ticketing and activities schedules are all in the same place with Bound.
Students must register before they are eligible to try out for or participate in athletics or activities.
Online registration for all Athletics & Activities can be done using this Registration Link and by following the instructions below to create an account.

Click on the 'Registration' tab and click 'Activities'
Sign in with your existing Bound account OR click 'Create Your Account Now' and create your family account.
Add a child and begin registration by clicking the Register Button.
Complete all forms with Bound and pay at checkout.

Download the Bound mobile app from the Apple App Store (listed as Bound Sports) or Google Play Store.
Sign in with your existing Bound account OR tap 'Sign Up' and create your family account.
Click on the green 'Register for Activities' button on the home screen of your app to get started.
Complete all forms with Bound and pay at checkout.
Don’t forget - Physical Form: Your student-athlete is required to have a current sports physical on file before they can participate in any practices or games. A sports physical expires after three years. View sports physical information.
Apply for educational benefits: If your family needs access to educational benefits, please visit the Nutrition Services website to complete an application. Paper applications are available now, while the online application through Infinite Campus will be available in mid August. Educational benefits include discounts on athletics fees for eligible students.
