3/1/26 UPDATE: Caden Borgen placed second and junior Kenny Ferrario finished fourth.
Senior Caden Borgen and junior Kenny Ferrario of the St. Francis High School Wrestling Team are returning to the Minnesota State High School League Class AAA State Wrestling Tournament, which is set for Feb. 26-28 at Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul, Minn.
Both Borgen (145 lbs) and Ferrario (152 lbs) won a Section 7AAA title for the second consecutive year to qualify for the state tournament. Borgen owns a 41-3 record and Ferrario holds a 29-7 mark this season.
Tournament Information: First round action of the Class AAA tournament begins at 9 a.m. Thursday and concludes Saturday at 1 p.m. with the championship, third place and fifth place matches. Spectator information, including details about tickets and streaming, can be found on the MSHSL website.
