Campaign Trail: In addition to a review of the applications submitted, interested students were selected to campaign based on demonstrating kind, safe, respectful, and responsible behaviors, leadership, and work completion. Students selected to campaign were provided a list of campaign expectations leading up to election day.
Election Day: Students in each of the three grades voted for representatives from each class. Results of the voting will be shared with students this week. After a hiatus, last school year marked the return of a Student Council at EBES. The first duty of the newly elected council will be the Thanksgiving Basket Drive at the end of the month.
Congratulations to all who participated in both campaigning and voting!
