Mechanical Masterminds, team 7068 competed in Minneapolis at the 10,000 Lakes Regional March 31 and April 1. The team ended up ranking 5th out of 61 teams.
They became Alliance 4 captains and made it all the way to the semi-finals, earning 3rd place alliance. The team has 18 students ranging from grades 7 to 12. They build the robot from the start of January until March and competed.
The Mechanical Masterminds qualified for the state tournament May 6 at Williams Arena. They are currently ranked 21 out of 191 teams.
