Out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of students, staff and the community, the St. Francis High School football home game scheduled for Friday, Sept. 18 has been moved to the Elk River High School Stadium. The decision was made due to the potential for heavy rain during the game and the instability of the storm water management system at the St. Francis High School Stadium.
What to know:
The game against Elk River High School is still scheduled for 6 p.m. Tickets will still be purchased through Bound. SFHS punch passes, activity passes and staff passes can be used.
SFHS will be considered the home team, but SFHS fans should sit on the visiting side of the stadium.
Prohibited items at Elk River High School Stadium: General backpacks, duffel bags, large totes, and shoulder bags are strictly prohibited. Flags, banners, and large signs on poles, staffs, or sticks of any kind are completely banned from spectator areas. Full-face paint, masks, or full-face coverings are prohibited.
