With the announcement that Superintendent Troy Ferguson will resign from his position effective June 30, 2019, the School Board of St. Francis Area Schools has entered into a search for a new superintendent.
Consultants from School Exec Connect have been contracted to assist with the search for a new superintendent.
The School Board requests input from stakeholders in this process which will provide valuable guidance in the search for a new superintendent. All stakeholders are invited to take a short survey to provide input. All replies will be confidential.

Focus groups and online survey results
On September 25, School Exec Connect consultants, Dr. David Clough and Dr. David Vick, met with staff and community members to discuss the challenges, strengths, goals of our district and what characteristics or skills would be needed for the next superintendent.
