Each year, St. Francis Area Schools recognizes its retirees. This year’s in-person recognition ceremony, scheduled for May 26, had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, I am honored to celebrate this year’s group of 22 staff members who have (or will) retire by August 31, 2020. With combined 536 years of service, this group represents the outstanding, dedicated and skilled staff that make our school district second to none. Eight of the retirees will have served 30 or more years upon retirement! Congratulations and best wishes to each staff member upon their retirement.
