Athletics & Fine Arts
The purpose of the Activities Department is to foster and compliment the overall academic and intellectual growth of students along with the experiences that will enable them to interact with other students, test their own personal limits, and gain from the demands and realities of athletic and academic competition and performance-based activities.
St. Francis High School offers numerous activities where students compete in the Mississippi 8 Conference and Minnesota State High School League competitions. These activities include music (band, choir), debate, speech, One Act Play, Knowledge Bowl and visual arts.
Club activities are offered by various departments including health occupations (HOSA), a student newspaper (The Crier), yearbook (Lance), drama and others.
These activities and clubs enhance the overall educational experience for our students.
