St. Francis Area Schools uses Infinite Campus for its student information system. The information system is where every student’s school career information is collected. In the Campus Portal, families have access to accurate, current, and confidential information about their student’s attendance, grades, class assignments and more. For data privacy, accessing this information requires a password; families will only be able to view their student’s information

Campus Portal users can display the information in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese. The Campus Portal is also available as a mobile app for Android, iPhone and iPad devices.

Campus Messenger is part of the student information system. Families can enter household, mobile and work phone numbers and designate voice and text options for each number. They can also enter email addresses that messages can be sent to. Message categories include emergency, attendance, behavior, general notification and priority notification.

Research has shown that parent involvement is a key attribute to student success. St. Francis Area Schools has opened the Campus Portal to enhance communication between students, teachers and families.

Users of the Campus Portal will have access to the following information:

• Personal and household information

• Assessment information

• Attendance

• Calendar

• Class assignments

• Grades

• Course registration and schedules

• Graduation planner

• Transportation - bus route information

• Health immunizations

• Campus Messenger options

• Reports such as a helpful to-do list

Infinite Campus Portal Acceptable Use Guidelines

• St. Francis Area Schools reserves the right to add or remove any of the listed functions from the Campus Portal at any time.

• St. Francis Area Schools also reserves the right to deny access to the Campus Portal due to court orders or any other legal proceedings limiting private educational data availability.
